Chicken legs with potatoes (baked recipe)
Preparation for the recipe Chicken legs with potatoes:
Wash the potatoes well with a metal sponge and cut them into 2 or 4 lengths, depending on the size.

Because I received about 2 kg of new potatoes as big as walnuts, I couldn't help but make them the recipe for Chicken legs with new potatoes and sausages.

4 chicken legs
2 smoked sausages, homemade
2 red onions
4-5 cloves of garlic
1.3 kg of new, small potatoes
150 ml dry white wine
peel and juice from a lemon
Method of preparation
The washed thighs are dried with a paper towel and seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.
In a non-stick pan and quite roomy, I used the pan from the set of Evergreen aluminum dishes received from Pyramis, put 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, place the seasoned thighs then add the new peeled potatoes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and sprinkle with a little oil to stick the spices to them.
We also put the sausage slices, red fish onions and chopped garlic.
Add the wine, lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
Sprinkle a little sweet paprika, pepper, thyme and rosemary sprigs on top.
Put the lid on and put the pan in the hot oven.
