-a powder of lemon salt (or lemon juice)

-flour (starch, cocoa powder) - for rolling.

1.Put the sugar and water in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

2.Put the pot on a moderate heat. Bring the contents to the boil, then add the lemon salt (thanks to it, the caramel composition becomes more elastic and acquires a sour taste) and mix.

3. Reduce the flame to a minimum and boil the syrup until golden, stirring regularly. When you add a few drops of syrup in cold water, they will not spread, but will maintain their shape and be elastic.

4. Meanwhile, grease a mold (preferably metallic) and a silicone spatula with oil. Put the form in a bowl with ice-cold water.

5. Take the syrup off the heat and pour it immediately into the prepared form. Performing alternate folding movements toward the center of the tray and stretching toward its edges, cool the caramel to body temperature so that your hands don't burn.

6. Transfer the lightly cooled caramel to the table sprinkled with a little flour.

7. Roll it in flour and fold it into an envelope. Then round it and give it the shape of a pretzel. Start stretching the pretzel, gradually turning it into a kind of stick. Continue to stretch it and fold it with your hands, rolling it periodically in flour (as needed - do not overdo it). Gradually the caramel will acquire a pearly hue.

8. When you feel that it has cooled almost completely and maintains its shape well, spread the caramel in the form of a thin and uniform stick, with the same thickness along its entire length.

9. Roll out the stick obtained through the flour and cut it into pieces.

10. Roll the candies very well in flour. Put them all with flour on a plate and let them cool for 3-4 hours (or overnight).

11. Transfer them to a sieve and sift all the flour from their surface.

12. Serve them with great pleasure!

The flour gives the caramels a special taste and a softer texture. Otherwise they come out strong.

Homemade caramels - Recipes

Three months ago, Emily Ratajkowski became a mother for the first time. The model and her husband, producer Sebastian Bier-McClard, said "welcome to the world" to their son named Sylvester Apollo. Despite the fact that the star quickly returned to her perfect form, after giving birth, she is in no hurry to return to work and is fully enjoying motherhood.

Yesterday Emily celebrated her 30th birthday and on this occasion she decided to spend her birthday at sea with the whole family.

The star published a series of images in which she, her husband and her son pose in swimsuits with the same prince.

But instead of compliments, this time, Ratajkowski received a lot of criticism from her followers who did not like the way she held the child in her arms and hinted that she considered her a "bad mother".

"Hold your child correctly!", "See how the child is held correctly! This is not a bag of cat food! ”,“ Is your child okay? ”,“ I can't believe you keep your baby like that just to show your body ”, the fans were indignant.

Emily did not consider it necessary to respond to the squabbles and turned off the ability to leave comments under these photos, and then posted more photos in the same bathing suit, but already without a child.

But this time too, the fans did not flood her with compliments, but continued to give her advice on the child's education.

"A lot of caramels" continues the story of the series "When my mother is not at home". Homemade sour cream caramels - an amazing treat for the whole family!

We present you a recipe for delicious homemade caramels. They are very easy to prepare, from just 3 ingredients. This way you get a fine, fragrant and delicious dessert for the whole family.

Use shapes of different sizes and characters to get some very good looking caramels. What's more, you will have the opportunity to serve your family and guests with some very fine caramels, without dyes and other additives.

Method of preparation

1. Mix the cream with the sugar and a little soft butter (at room temperature). Put the resulting mixture in a small saucepan.

2. Put the pan on the fire and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir constantly. You will notice some small bubbles on the surface. Keep stirring.

3. In a short time the mixture will acquire a consistency similar to that of condensed milk. Stir constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom. If you want a darker caramel color, cook longer. The mixture will thicken and be harder to mix. At this stage, mix in a faster tempo. When you get the desired color, take the pan off the heat and add the remaining butter. Stir again in a faster tempo.

4. Immediately pour the mixture into small molds or a larger form, preventively greased with butter. While the mixture is still hot, cut the caramels with a wet knife.

5. Allow to cool. Remove the shape and cut the caramels of the portion to the desired size.

What is Christmas without carolers? It's a simple holiday… For me, carols and carolers are the elements that help complete this beautiful holiday. The carolers announce the "birth of the Dome" & # 8211 the essence of this day & # 8211 that we often forget…

What you don't know about me is the fact that I am "a great singer" :)). As a child I went caroling, then for 12 years I sang in the church choir at home, and until a year ago, I was part of an amateur choir. I surprised you, didn't I?

Besides caroling and walking from house to house, I liked to taste the goodies that our hosts were waiting for us. In our group it was really a joke, my friend bit half the cake, then she gave it to me… I was a kind of tasting machine. The enthusiasm was even greater when the hosts were waiting for us with homemade sweets, which were more or less diverse.

This year I don't sing anymore, but the niece and the junior family took over, and I stayed to make sweets for them.

If you want to wait for the carolers with something that will surely enchant them, I recommend you to make caramels & # 8211 the children will be delighted.

Fino and Violeta Postolache from the Recipe Book challenged me to create a Christmas recipe, I chose to make these sympathies with a childhood taste. And because I was challenged, I pass on the challenge of Cristian Borod & # 8211 Chef Maniac. Cristi, I really like how you film the preparation of the dishes. I am very curious about what you will delight us with.

Homemade cakes - simple, delicious and healthy recipes

You know that word "No matter what we eat, is there always room for something sweet?" We don't seem to get tired if we don't serve a dessert, for lunch or dinner.

Now comes the question: is it okay to eat something sweet after dinner? Nutritionists claim that the answer to this question is no, as it prevents us from burning out of storage.

And then when can we eat sweet? The answer is a short and direct one: at least one hour from the main table and in the first part of the day. Never at dinner.

Are homemade sweets healthier than commercial sweets? That seems to be the next question. Yes, homemade desserts are healthier, as we have the opportunity to make many improvements, to replace certain ingredients. We can make sweets with a minimum amount of sugar, use brown sugar or stevia and so on.

Because we are also in a period of fasting, I propose a cake that we can make at home and that we can make very quickly.

Fasting cake with walnuts, jamand raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • In a bowl, mix the oil with the carbonated water, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla essence and mix until the sugar melts.
  • Mix the two compositions in which we add the jam, walnuts, raisins until we get a dough similar to that of sponge cake.
  • Put the composition in the prepared tray, either lined with oil and flour, or with baking paper and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees C. Keep the cake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
  • The icing is obtained from a fasting chocolate, a tablespoon of water and a tablespoon of oil. Place the ingredients in a bowl on a steam bath and mix until the composition is homogeneous.
  • After the cake has cooled, cut it into squares and place the icing on top with a teaspoon.

Quickly and without too many sophisticated ingredients we can make at home simple desserts, fasting or not, healthy and tasty.

A dessert considered one of the most appreciated and easy to prepare is pudding. We find enough in the cookbooks pudding recipes and no matter what we find, one thing is for sure: total pampering for family and friends.

Fine as satin, gummy and flavorful, caramels are a dessert that reminds us of childhood age and the dear moments spent with parents and grandparents.

In this article we present a unique way to prepare healthy caramels, only from vegetable ingredients.

You don't even need a stove or thermometer to cook them. Everything is obtained "cold”, And the resulting dessert is as much as possible natural and healthy.

From the given quantities results about 9 servings. Adjust the ingredients according to the number of "subscribers".

• 250 g of peanut butter
• 50 g of coconut oil
• 100 ml of maple syrup
• natural vanilla

It is advisable to use a natural, fine peanut butter. But if you want to get the caramels with a crunchy texture, choose an assortment with pieces of peanuts.

You can prepare your own peanut butter, from raw peanuts, fried in the oven tray for a few minutes and mixed in a blender (try this recipe house-recipe-of-house-of-2-ingredients /).

Mix the peanut butter with the melted coconut oil and the maple syrup until a homogeneous composition results. Add vanilla to taste and transfer the composition to a tray / square shape with a diameter of 15 x 15 cm. pre-laid with plastic wrap or baking paper (length and width).

Level and place the tray in the freezer and leave the top for a few hours until it becomes solid and can be portioned.

Remove from the pan by pulling on the edges of the foil and cut into small cubes. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.

They are welcome on hot summer days because they have a cooling effect.
